Softlights has specially developed its own tubes in the USA to give a full color range with a perfect balance of red, green and blue. Softlights is the first to make a T5 tube for the professional Film and TV-industry. T5 is the industrial standard of the future.

T5 is less than half the size of the T12, but produces the same amount of light. This means less "black area" (light-output that is covered by the lamp itself). The tubes come in either 3200ºKelvin or 5600ºKelvin.
They have a lifetime of apx.10,000 hours burning time.
